After 25 years of working with PCs, I can help you with all the common problems you are likely to encounter – and some uncommon ones too:
  • virus protection and removal, password resets
  • PC, email and wireless setup
  • data backup and recovery
  • upgrades

I will deal with most problems on the spot.  If it looks likely that I will spend a lot of time waiting for programs to run, I may ask to take your computer to my office, so that I can minimise the hours that you have to pay for.

If you are new to computers, I can provide an introductory session teaching you how to do the things you want to do and how to protect your computer from viruses and identity theft.

If you need a website for your business, I can set up a simple one for you very quickly.

I’m located in Holystone in the Upper Coquet Valley and willing to travel to the area shown in the map below:

"As editor of the local church and community magazine Over the Bridges with a monthly distribution of 2250, I am dependent on my laptop.  It had become progressively slower and slower and slower and the publication of the magazine was jeopardised.  My local IT supplier had been unable to solve the problem in the time available, so I rang Margaret.  not only was she round the next day, but in a couple of hours had solved the problem.  Result, the laptop now performs excellently.  What more can I say?  An excellent service."
